| For many years, the morality of the general public has been eroded and the obscenties of entertainment as well as the press has been allowed to fester at the expense of traditional family values upon which rests civilisation and is dependent upon for its survival. Such grotesque abuses are and ought to be dealt with accordingly. |

Old value:: Pornography depicting consenting adults is legal for adults.
Current: Pornography depicting consenting adults is legal for adults.
Proposed: All forms of pornography are illegal.
Article 2

Old value:: The production of pornography is legal, but regulated.
Current: The production of pornography is treated as any other business.
Proposed: Pornography may not be produced in the nation.
