Description[?]:

Energy is a very important part of the economy as well as human life. Energy production should never be treated in the market as a conflict of interest and be part of the market, instead it should act in the interreset of the people and should serve the whole economy and not serve in the market only to individual businesses. For this purpose, all energy production should be nationalized and brought into the hands of the workers through socialization. This means that democratic worker's councils will be established and that the workers own 90% of the shares of their workplace, the rest the should own the government, which can only intervene in emergencies, guaranteed by law.

Article I. :
Article II. : all energy stations should establish democratic worker's councils and 90% of the shares own the workers
Article III : the government cannot intervene in the decision—making processes, except an emergency is declared

Random fact: Real-life organisations should not be referenced in Particracy, unless they are simple and generic (eg. "National Organisation for Women" is allowed).
