Bill: SD 7: To liberate medias - hate speech allowed

Details

Submitted by[?]: Democratic Party of Likatonia

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 4683

Description[?]:

Firstly, we would like to say that SD does not support hate speech, in fact we are stunchly against it. But, we need to let others to express them freely to the certain stance, where only true is told. However, SD think that proven falsehoods should be sanctioned, which is in contrast to our stanace about hate speech. Therefore, Social democrats think that our citizens must always know that published information is true, even thoguh it is hate speech.

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left.
