A proposal to reimplement the death penalty for the crimes of treason, murder, rape of a minor, and all other capital crimes including being a party to one of said crimes. Executions to be carried out via guillotine, victims family is entitled to view the execution if they so choose. Executions for treason and other such crimes against the state are to be carried out publicly. |
