Let it heretofore be banned in Sekouo, the researching, producing, and/or using of any weaponry of a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, or Nuclear nature. Whereby a "Chemical weapon" is understood to be such weapon designed for the insertion and/or dispersion of a chemical substance designed solely for the infliction of discomfort, illness, or death of the victim. Whereby a "Biological weapon" is understood to be such weapon designed for the insertion and/or dispersion of a biological substance, be it bacterial, viral, or other, solely for the infliction of discomfort, illness, or death of the victim. Whereby a "Radiological weapon" is understood to be such weapon designed for the usage of radiation solely for the infliction of discomfort, illness, or death of the victim. Whereby a "Nuclear weapon" is understood to be such weapons designed to utilize, in any way, nuclear energy solely for the infliction of discomfort, illness, or death of the victim. |
