Description[?]:
D.d.l. 01/4706 - Infrastructural Centralization & Reforming Act: Assembly members, The Infrastructural Centralization & Reforming Act has the purpose to do one thing, remove local authority on matters concerning infrastructure. The only exception to this is that local governments will still have control and oversight over the maintenance and construction of local highways. In Article 1, the government shall take control over some of the ownership of airports while leaving as much ownership to the private sector. In Article 2 argues for that the government shall give subsides for research and generation of energy through renewable sources, which is the main tittle for the article but it explains quite much of it. In Article 3 we consider it extremely important that the government obligates organizations representing landlords and tenants to negotiate rents, this to increase the sense of feeling towards the citizens and the feeling of more autonomy which is an ultimate fact and necessity for the freedom of the Istalians. And lastly in Article 4, our top priority with this article is as the same for article 2, removal of local authority on the matter and the other reason is that it will serve as a good cooperation between state and private sector on the matter. Thank you. Signed, Simone Paratore Minister of Infrastructure and Transport --------------------------------------------------------------------- Issued by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport |

Random quote: "The first step in freeing yourself from social restrictions is the realization that there is no such thing as a 'safe' code of conduct, one that would earn everyone's approval. Your actions can always be condemned by someone, for being too bold or too apathetic, for being too conformist or too nonconformist, for being too liberal or too conservative. So it's necessary to decide whose approval is important to you." - Harry Browne |
