Description[?]:
The current situation of public transport has improved over time and cities have been connected, but there are still many important connections, comfort and modernization missing and the lack of unity of transport. A National Transport Service should be created. It should serve as a network of national transportation and as a free public service. The NTS should be managed by the National Transport Committee. The National Transport Committee should be divided into two even: local committees and a national committee. The NTS should integrate all transport companies in these systems and form one unit. The Local NTC are autonomous, independent committees that are run by representatives of the local government and the company representative. The decisions will be democratically elected by the local population. The order is connections to renew, improve, expand, etc. The national NTC is led by a representative of the local NTC from each constituency, all are elected democratically. This body decides on the distribution, improvement, offers, investments etc. of means of transport in larger regions or nationwide as a unit. You also decide the redistribution of money and other support. The NTC will also work with the New Towns Development Institution to create new connections in newly built residential areas. The state does not intervene in the process (only in cases of) and it functions as an independent institution financially secured by state money. The NTS guarantees that public transport works and is free for everyone (which has long been anchored in law). This is the only way to guarantee an efficient, functioning and democratic connection of penance, trains, etc. A matter of the public should be publicly controlled.
