Description[?]:
The current situation of public transport (National Transport Service) is stable and works very well, but economic transport, which is very important for the course of business and trade, is advanced and needs an almost radical change. A National Economic Transport Service should be introduced. The NETS is managed by the National Transport Committee (which consists of people democratically elected in constituencies) and by the representatives of the Public Finance Institute (democratically elected members). The task of the NETS is to offer means of transport for economic purposes. All companies that want to be in the system deposit an amount of money into the National Economical Transport Fund. In return, means of transport such as trucks, trains, boats and also planes with drivers (and pilots) are made available. This means that companies do not have to plan the transport themselves and instead they get the necessary means of transport. This is being introduced and disseminated across the country. Special roads, train tracks etc. are built and the network is always expanded. This is completely voluntary and only the numbers are incorporated. With this national network, economic traffic is improved and thus the economy is greatly improved. Each company sets its route and the Nets will be customized for it. Only in this way is the economy improved regionally and nationally and managed democratically. Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
