Voting deadline: October 4715

Description[?]:

The current situation of the welfare state and social services are very good and thus help millions of people in this country. However, the welfare state in family affairs is very weak and advanced and needs an almost radical policy to help the families of Mordusia and to provide the help needed.
The National Insurance Service should provide financial support to families and families in need. Financial support should be provided in these cases:

1) Financial support should be provided for every child in a family.
2) Financial support should be given to every woman in the household who, for special reasons, looks after the child alone for a certain period of time.
3) Financial support should be given to a family in which the working person is unemployed and sick and the money is insufficient for the family.
4) Financial support is provided to families with disabled people and children who are difficult to care for to cover the higher costs for the children.
5) Every family in financial crisis will receive social help, will receive financial advice and a house / apartment will be provided for a certain period of time to help the family out of an emergency. Depending on the case, you can ask for family financial support.

All costs are covered by taxes. All children of the family who are still childless will pay for their care through taxes, so their care will be covered as well as with the money of other taxpayers. A family with at least one minor child is considered a family (if the children are grown up, this is no longer considered a family by law). All decisions are made and controlled by the National Insurance Service Commission and by local governments and agencies (democratically controlled by the local population).
In special cases, family support is available for selected households with adult children who have not yet completed an apprenticeship or full-time school education. However, this is treated specifically and only carried out in emergencies.

This is the only way to guarantee the necessary and important family support and build it into a democratic system.

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass.
