Description[?]:
The current situation of the household service is quite stable but is still very advanced and needs an almost radical restructuring and improvement. The National Institute of Houseworkers should be established to improve the status of domestic employment. In this way, more workers are recruited for this essential profession and a recognized qualification standard for employment under agreed working conditions is created by training and examining those who already have the necessary qualifications. With the support and collaboration of the National Care Service, needed domestic help and services will be provided to households and domestic workers will be provided with work. The NIoH should provide requalification, social and financial support to houseworkers and should give advices to households and Houseworkers. The NIoH should also serve to find work for houseworkers. The services of the National Institute for Household Workers will be completely free and will be covered by taxes. This the only way to improve houseworks and houseworkers quality of work and the needed houseworkers will help the households in need.
