Description[?]:
The current situation of the local governments and their structure are very good and strongly democratically oriented, but in many respects it is not yet advanced and needs a radical improvement and this also applies to. The following points should be introduced: 1) Every local government is democratically led by the local population through elections at neighborhood or local meetings. 2) the local population can draft and choose laws themselves 3) Any decision by local governments must receive majority approval from the local population through an election 4) all public local services and ownerships (houses, parks, etc) and the local financial system are placed under the complete control of the local population. No state body should influence h except in emergencies. 5) the local government should socialize all property which are in public interest or should be under public ownership (not state ownership) This is the only way to improve the structures of local governments and insure democratization and public ownership in this country in order to make a fairer and better working society.
