| This law will be enacted at the moment of the passing of this bill. This law shall be enforced by the state and its agencies to protect the free and democratic society the Union inhabits against those who wishes it to to be destroyed in a literal sense or simply reform it. DEFINITION: The definition of Anti-September agitation/behavior is that of a behavior that promotes or celebrate the idea of destroying the September Union through reforms or violence. ARTICLE 1: If a political party, organization and/or movement inhabits or in anyway promotes or displays Anti-September agitation/behavior will be banned and if any political party, organization and/or movement continues its activities they will be foremost peacefully arrested, but if there exists resistance to the arrest they will be handled forcibly. ARTICLE 2: Those who have been arrested of Anti-September agitation/behavior shall be convicted by the September Tribunal of the Union State (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=618964&vote=yes) and their sentences shall depend on how grave their agitation/behavior has been, however, there exists no limit to what the sentence can be, excluding torture. ARTICLE 3: The Union State Security Committee (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=618970) shall be the only agency with permission to define Anti-September agitation/behavior and propaganda in cases of prosecution and conviction with the help from the September Tribunal of the Union on the latter.
