BE IT ENACTED BY THE NATIONAL CONSULTATIVE ASSEMBLY PREAMBLE: Whereas the judicial laws are unfair, and since it harms democracy to not allow the criminals to vote, and since it is barbaric and unethical to practice death penalty, and since legal representations aren't paid by the state, and since physical punishment harms the rights of the detained, and since it is unfair to grant police unlimited powers, and since torture is an inhumane method to apply, and since it is unjust and partial to exempt the members of the legislature from any civil or criminal liability for their speech or actions related with the performance of their duties during their term of office, SECTION 1: This bill is the SP - 11 Judiciary Reform Act. SECTION 2: Criminals shall be always allowed to vote, regardless of whether they are in jail or not. SECTION 3: The death penalty shall be considered illegal and should never be applied. SECTION 4: Legal representation for defendants in criminal trials shall be paid for by the state. SECTION 5: All forms of physical punishment shall be illegal.
