| Given the restoration of democracy and proper government principles, this bill proposes a referendum on Yingdala's future form of government. Yingdalans will vote either "yes" or "no" on establishing a constitutional monarchy. A vote for the Jien Party will be considered a "yes". A 70% share of the vote, for either "yes" or "no", will be required for either side to legally win. The question: "Should Yingdala reestablish its constitutional monarchy?" The referendum will be considered constitutionally binding, thus this bill requires a constitutional majority (2/3 vote) to pass. |
