| BE IT ENACTED BY THE HOUSE OF COMMONS PREAMBLE: Whereas the Socialist Party of Vorona has voted in favour of the Economic Reform Bill No1 proposed by the Liberal Conservative Union, and since we oppose Articles 4 and 5 of that bill, SECTION 1: This is the SPV - 4 Economic Reform Act (II). SECTION 2: Stock Exchanges shall be regulated. SECTION 3: Democratic Workers' Councils shall be present in most businesses. SECTION 4: SECTION 3 of this bill shall be amended after the passing of the Economic Reform Bill No1. SECTION 5: This bill passes as soon as the majority of the members of the House of Commons shall vote in favour of this bill. |
