| BE IT ENACTED BY THE HOUSE OF COMMONS PREAMBLE: Whereas our nation is not that developed, and since state farms now are very much unproductive, SECTION 1: This is the SPV - 7 Agricultural Reform Act. SECTION 2: Agriculture shall happen on private lands but the government shall subsidize the operations of low-income farming families. SECTION 3: This bill passes when the majority of the members of the House of Commons shall vote in the favour of this bill. |

Old value:: Strategic crops are produced on State owned farms. All other produce is left to the Private sector.
Current: The government allows local governments to craft agricultural subsidy policy.
