| Noting the recent deterioration of the militaries strength andideals, the following proposals are being presented to the Legislative body for voting: Article 1: All chemical, biological, nuclear, and radiological weaponry can be legally produced, purchased and/or developed by the Ministry of Defense. No other ministry may develop said weaponry Article 2: All chemical, biological, nuclear, and radiological weaponry can be legally deployed at the discretion of both the Minister of Defense and the Head of Government Article 3: Anyone refusing to perform military service (henceforth referred to as ‘service rejection’) will be hailed for a prison term lasting no longer than 25 years Article 4: All homosexuals within the armed services will be immediately dismissed from the military. This discharge will be considered an honorable discharge Article 5: The intelligence agency of the nation shall be allowed to perform any action deemed necessary for the defense of the nation Article 6: All women currently serving in combat roles shall either be transferred to non-combat roles or be honorably dismissed from the military Article 7: All nations, unless subject to sanctions by the state, shall be allowed to purchased arms from the nation of keymon |
