Bill: Gesetz zu aufhaltung von Rechtsextremen (Law to stop right-wing extremists)

Details

Submitted by[?]: PDE (Partei der Einigkeit)

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 4744

Description[?]:

We have been very unhappy with the current situation in dundorf.

1) due to the current rise in right-wing extremists, we would like to prepare dundorf for an actual fascist government.
2) Those Measures will be removed, once this crisis is over.

Explaination of the Articles in detail:

1) this is so that the fascists are not able to control the bankingsystem
2) allows the Opposition to have at least some insight in the private bank
3) to not allow the state to quickly get acces to money other property
4) is so that the governent has a harder influence on the Beurocracy
5) They should not have acces to nuclear weapons.

We are aware that some of those proposals are aganinst some and even our party values, but we beleve that democracy is more important than anything else.

We are also aware that this will stop the fascists for only the voting period, but this is enought time to start a revolution.

Therfore we bring this piece of legislation infront of the Volkskammer.

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action.
