| This Act will determine the historical and cultural right of dueling, it will be regulated for the purpose to ensure the duelings legitimacy. ๐๐๐๐ช๐ก๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐จ ๐๐ค๐ง ๐๐ฉ๐๐ฉ๐ ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ ๐ฟ๐ช๐๐ก๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐, ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ยง Any Man or Woman over the age of 18 shall have the right and freedom to exercise dueling with another Man or Woman, a duel must have the consent of both parties. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ยง There shall be with the enacting of this Law, a agency known as the "State Dueling Inspection Agency-SDIA" (In Kivonian: ๐๐ต๐ข๐ต๐ด๐ฎ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฅ๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ต๐ฆ๐ฏ ๐งรถ๐ณ ๐๐ถ๐ฆ๐ญ๐ญ๐ช๐ฏ๐ด๐ฑ๐ฆ๐ฌ๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ-๐๐๐๐๐), who's job is to handle the legitimacy of private and public duels, there shall be for the STADI a local office in every Province, city, and municipality, in the local offices, there shall be trained diploma Officers who shall, if called on, oversee a public duel, or, in cases of a private duel, examine the three eyewitnesses and make in both mentioned cases a professional unbiased report. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ยง To ensure a simple legitimacy of a duel, also known as a "private duel", there must be at least three eyewitnesses whom shall have no personal or professional connection with each other, the three must confirm the events of the duel and confirm the consent between the parties to the State Dueling Inspection Agency. To ensure a total legitimacy of a duel, also known as a "public duel", there must be at least three eyewitnesses whom shall have no personal or professional connection with each other, and a legitimate Officer of the State Dueling Inspection Agency, ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐, ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ยง The Methods of the duel must be limited to a certain kinds of tools to ensure the cultural legitimacy and the most humane way of conduct. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ยง Such methods are hereby classified as follows: -Swords -Daggers -Hand gun (one bullet, each) -No tools (fist fight) ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ยง Punishments for using unlawful methods or by forcing a Man or Woman against their will through group pressure or aggressive threats shall be issued to individuals who has broken one or more of these Articles. Said punishments are not limited to but include fines, imprisonment, exile from the country, or in extreme cases the death penalty. Fines are hereby classified as a 50,000 Davosti minimum and a 1,000,000 Davosti maximum, with the latter being applied to severe or repeated infractions. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ยง The usage of explosions, hand rifles or other weapons larger than hand guns, or the usage of more than one bullet, shall be severely punished with a minimum of 10 years imprisonment and maximum 35 years imprisonment. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐, ๐ฆ๐๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ก ๐ ยง A duel cannot be practiced without a valid and legitimate reason, and the reason must be confirmed by the eyewitnesses or the Officer of the STADI when it comes to a private duel or a public duel respectively. In a simpler sense, a duel can be taken place over ALMOST anything, if it is not clear if the reason is valid, STADI must be contacted to ensure that the reason is valid or not. STADI's job is to make sure that the reason of the duel do not contradict the laws of the Nation. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ยง Such reasons are hereby exemplified as follows: - A duel can be taken place over a position (in work) - A duel can be taken place over money - A duel can be taken place over a Woman/Man (love related, needs however special authorization from STADI) - A duel can be taken place over a piece of land/property ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ยง Any man or woman over the age of 18 can challenge ANY man or woman over the age of 18, even the most highest of officials, and ANY man or woman can reject the challenge. |
