This is appreciation and recognition of our advancement in medical technology and social services, and a chance to play an even bigger stake in the world and help people. Thus, this budget reflects this modest increase in the health ministry to help form the new company, and associated factors in Infrastructure, Science and Technology, and Trade and Commerce. The nation will remain a surplus nation even with this small increase, as can be seen in the spending vs. revenue details. Further details on the JV have been discussed, will be established further and discussed with all parties here soon. Thank you. |
