| Over a 10 year period, the Government of Yingdala shall invest 150 billion INS each year for a total of 1.5 trillion INS in defense technology, weaponry acquisition, and armed forces training. These funds shall come from Yingdala's 170 billion plus INS budget surplus. Thus, real yearly defense expenditure shall be 350 billion INS per year. The order of focus shall be as follows: navy, air force, and army. Yingdala's island nation status that borders no countries necessitates this order. This shall continue Yingdala's military modernization, with 3 trillion INS invested between 4745 and 4765. |
