| Resolution: Given the demise of the Enskalan EthnoNationalist Party knows as the Enskal Demokraten Batasuna, who promoted the nonsense that Kalistan is and always has been "Enskalan", and Given the preference that Party established for a tiny minority of the population over the longstanding Kalistani identity of the vast majority of the population, and Given the historical fact that all of our laws, excepting the legislation during the regime of the Ethnonationalists has been written in either Vrassan (Kalistani Luthori) or Egelian, therefore BE IT RESOLVED 1. Kalistan (Enskal Estaura) shall no longer sanction "Enskalan First" policies promoted by the previous government, referred to here in its innovative form: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=622425. 2. The privileges enjoyed by the Enskal Minority in the society shall be lifted and the Enskal population will be expected to assimilate, to the degree provided by law, into Kalistani society in general. 3. Vrassan Luthori will serve as a semi-official lingua franca for Kalistan once more as we phase out the usage of the "newly discovered" Enskal language from official use. |
