Description[?]:
OOC: Please note that this is more of an RP flavor law versus a binding act. This is meant to build some depth to the State Council and its electoral constituencies. Also, as mentioned, since the game mechanics of PT Classic are relatively set in stone, MMP is presented simply as "flavor" with no real way of showing it in-game. This act of the State Council in cooperation with the national electoral management body (EMB), the State Elections Commission, proposes the following alterations to the Law on Elections in the Kingdom of Dorvik and its legal successors. (1) The State Council, or legal successive body of the State Council, shall have 150 single-member constituencies allocated to the body; -- (1a) The Electoral Constituency of Haldor will have a single, two-member constituency compared to the other 149 singe-member constituencies. (2) The State Council may not have less than 150 seats due to the presence of 150 single-member constituencies located throughout the nation; (3) The State Council may have any number of seats above 150 depending on the rules, regulations and authorities governing the nation at said time; (4) The State Council will elect its members above 150 on a mixed member proportional basis; (5) The Law on Electoral Constituencies of the State Council hereby confirms the list of electoral constituencies in Dorvik: Province of Greater Kordusia Haldor North Haldor South Vilnau Hauzenwald Kordaw Schrudehofen Zierenräschen Auerhöring Küshausen Vöcklazing Bad Innsnau Letterbruck Henbenheim Wachebach Obenfeld Vohreiburg Merseheim Wachtenhofen Donzirmheim Penefels Schaitermheim Rheinau Königförde Salzbühel Moussen Völkbrunn Großlingen Ansrau Bischofmundigen Blankenbüren-Harhoven Province of Miktar Königheim Kriesefels Oppenbruck Frostenbruck Ussendorf Ashausen Fürstendorf Osterschau Frostenwald Heneruck Nereustein Felsebruck Schwigsebruck Hattendorf Bonnhausen Onildbruck Ackenbach Osterkirchen Nereibach Munzenfels Beneustadt Porrenburg Hockonwald Stersestadt Bürhausen Bredemegen Weiten Mereihofen Krader Kreuzmünster Province of Largonia Schwarzenbüren Lenebach Schlandseruck Weinsedorf Zitadelle Alsburg Großengeismar Saalfeld Grenzmark Autenburg Neuzing Mödweil Kerkeneik Münchenfelden Schwarzenholz Hardkirch Marchbühel Westgem Zelthausen Amrisstaaten Kufbirge Weißenkastel Kaisermance Osterfeld Freifurt Bluheim Bischofmünster Wädensstein Blankendorf Weißenstedt Province of Dorvan Fairfax Medestein Ransestadt Vinisk Königsstadt Weißenrath Auppenstein (Auppen) Assenberg (Assen) Pfeneheim Obemsruck Schillefeld Utenwald Schwensetein Wolfendorf Welzirnwald Kenewald Helenhofen Oberruck Medestein Bereyheim Pangevdorf Erkendorf Hirschewald Mahleyfels Hilparsheim Lampolthofen Schrusse Udorsberg Konestadt Prastendorf Province of Westmark Küssingen Dargun Lissenfeld Trelin Bad Anskreis Kapfenfeld Boizenbrück Tourstraten Markthausen Mündrisio Münsellen Mödschlag Traisheim Stühholz Münnau Klagenschlag Bischofmundigen Romainbach Appenborn Münchensteig Salzkirchen Richterskirch Siezenzing Leonheim Klagendorf Stockzis Traisbruck Müntern Biele-Schwolfelshofen Bereistadt-Hermsestadt |

Random fact: "Game mechanics comes first." For example, if a currently-enforced bill sets out one law, then a player cannot claim the government has set out a contradictory law. |
