Bill: Don't Degrade Transgender Individuals Please Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Unsubmissive Beluzian Workers Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: November 4766

Description[?]:

Those who undergo gender reassignment surgery are less likely to reach out to mental health services for mood disorder treatment, antidepressant prescriptions and hospitalisation after a suicide attempt. They are still human beings with just like any other human being, only that they have changed their gender. They have feelings, emotions, families, jobs just like everyone else. Don't treat them like some kind of criminal or piece of trash or spew right wing religious bigotry that they should be condemned to Hell.

Random quote: "In Germany they first came for the Communists and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Communist. Then they came for the Jews, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew. Then they came for the trade unionists and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist. Then they came for the Catholics, and I didn't speak up because I was a Protestant. Then they came for me--and by that time no one was left to speak up." - Pastor Martin Niemoller
