| PREAMBLE: Whereas the Government of Seko seeks to offer precision in its officially recognized translations with regard to titles and names, The National Assembly of Seko will enact as follows: POWERS AND INTERPRETATION: (1) This legislation seeks to amend the duly-passed Constitution of Seko (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=623280); (2) This amendment legislation derives its legal basis from Article 74 of the Constitution of Seko. AMENDMENTS: (3) All instances of the term "Prime Minister" found throughout the Constitution of Seko shall be replaced with the term "Premier" |
