This bill, once passed will outline:

- The National Police service of Telamon will now become a branch of the Armed Forces of Telamon.

- The Armed Forces of Telamon will now become the "United Forces of Telamon".

- The new United Forces will consist of X branches:
The Army
The Navy
The Air Force
The Elítusveit
The Home Guard (a reserve organization which may be called in to assist the police or other branch in emergencies)
The Civilian Police Service
The Military Police Service
and The National Security Force (encompasses the national domestic and international intelligence services amoung others)

- Each of these branches has separate sub-branches, and reports to their own Directorate, which shall serve as the de-facto High Command of the branches that are not explicitly Military branches (Army, Navy, and Air Force).

- The rank structures of these branches of service are to be on the same scale, although they will not all be comparable. That includes but is not limited to: differences in titles, differences in naming conventions, differences in jurisdiction and control, and differences in number of positions.

Random fact: Characters are considered to be "owned" by the player who first mentioned or created them. In practice, players may share responsibility for role-playing a character, but ultimate authority rests with the owner.
