Description[?]:

Preamble: As the damage caused by the Keymon Civil War is slowly revealed and as our understanding of the devastation it has brought becomes clearer, the long lasting economic and political impact have clearly shown themselves. An estimated four-hundred thousand civilians and military personnel have been wounded or killed during the civil war, with an estimated one-hundred and fifty thousand civilians or military personnel having become refugees in neighboring nations such as Likatonia, Valruzia, and within Keymon itself. With this massive devastation has come a resurgence in radical ideologies seeking to depose the monarchy. Noting the dangers these political ideologies pose to not only the well being of the monarchy, but to the people of Keymon themselves, the monarch herself has put forward this bill for the National Council to share their opinions on.

Random fact: Party candidates for head of state elections are not visible to the public. This means that you cannot see who will run and who will not, which adds another strategic element to the elections.
