As of the time of when this bill is drafted, blasphemy is nationally considered a punishable offense. This directly collides with the concept of separation of church and state, freedom of speech, and freedom of religion, which should be pillars of any democratic society. As a result of this act: -No penalties may be issued for blasphemous acts by government entities -All clauses in legal codes within Alduria regarding blasphemy shall be repealed immediately |
