| Whereas His Majesty, Augustus III, Emperor, Basileus and Autocrat of the Augustans has acted as caretaker sovereign of the empire for the past several decades; Whereas mounting evidence points to his embezzlement of public funds to accrue his own personal wealth; The Senate of the Augustan Empire hereby finds His Majesty Augustus III guilty of fraud and accepts his immediate abdication from the throne; The Senate of the Augustan Empire additionally constitutes a Senatorial Commission to select the new Emperor of the Augustans. |
