| Article 1 1.1 The Imperiestro, Bazilo kaj Aŭtokrato de la Aŭgustanoj (Emperor, Basileus and Autocrat of the Augustan People) is the supreme office of the Augustana Imperio and acts as Head of State. 1.1.i The office of Imperiestro, Bazilo kaj Aŭtokrato de la Aŭgustanoj confers the title Lia Moŝto, Elektita de la Sinjoro Dio, Imperiestro, Bazilo kaj Aŭtokrato de la Aŭgustanoj (His Majesty, Chosen by the Lord God, Emperor, Basileus and Autocrat of the Augustan People). 1.1.ii The short title shall be Imperiestro. 1.2 When the office of Imperiestro, Bazilo kaj Aŭtokrato de la Aŭgustanoj is occupied by a female, the office shall be referred to as Sia Moŝto, Elektita de la Sinjoro Dio, Imperiestrino, Bazilino kaj Aŭtokratino de la Aŭgustanoj (Her Majesty, Chosen by the Lord God, Empress, Basileus, and Autocrat of the Augustan People). 1.2.i The short title of Imperiestrino shall be used for female sovereigns. Article 2 2.1 The House of Laŭrentido is proclaimed as the Imperial Royal Family of the Augustana Imperio. 2.2 The head of the House of Laŭrentido occupies the office of Imperiestro, Bazilo kaj Aŭtokrato de la Aŭgustanojof the Augustana Imperio. 2.2.i Hippolito Laŭrentido, Head of the House of Laŭrentido, is proclaimed Imperiestro, Bazilo kaj Aŭtokrato de la Aŭgustanoj of the Augustana Imperio upon passage of this act. Article 3 3.1 Succession to the throne of Imperiestro, Bazilo kaj Aŭtokrato de la Aŭgustanoj of the Augustana Imperio is by absolute (equal) primogeniture and is effective upon the death or abdication of the reigning Imperiestro. 3.2 A line of succession shall be maintained and published by the House of Laŭrentido. |
