This bill looks to restore some of the things our past Consuls and senates proposed. (OOC: I know this is a contradiction of a bill that is like1 or 2 months old. The RP for the change is on the forum. Basically Quintinus Vespacius died and the new Consul isn't very big on military stuff). |

Old value:: All adults upon completion of schooling must serve a term in the military.
Current: There shall be no mandatory military or civilian national service.
Proposed: All adults upon completion of schooling must serve a term of civilian national service.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change The government's policy towards civilians who conscientiously object to being required to perform military service (if applicable).
Old value:: It is a criminal offence to refuse to perform military service.
Current: Conscientious objectors are exempted.
Proposed: Conscientious objectors are exempted.
