The high King of the great Telamon Andreas Vagnsson: The Terrorist Investigation Protection Act or TIPA is designed to stop terrorism or possible events of terrorism in the future. TIPA will prevent possible attacks by allowing the government and government agencies to snoop on suspected terrorist or terrorist sympathizers. Article 1: Government agencies can watch the history of search engines of certain peoples if they are suspected of any association of terrorist ideals. If their is clear evidence of association of terrorism or its ideals then local authorities can and will have the right to arrest subjects. Article 2: Telamon can not accept any immigrants from 'high risk' countries even if they are refugees. Any refugees from 'high risk' nations that are under 16 or have family legally living in Telamon will be placed under assessment weather they can stay or not. Article 3: Any peoples in Telamon seen expressing extreme views, incitement to crime or suspicious acts in public places may be vulnerable to arrest. Article 4: Any immigrants seen expressing deliberate incitement of terrorism will be deported to there home nation even if they legally live in Telamon but they can appeal to come back to Telamon once there back to their home nation. Article 5: During an act of terrorism suspected peoples to be involved in the act can be detained without trial for up to 2 months time. |
