This Act establishes and regulates the functioning of the Iganski's Institute

Article 2.

Statute of the Ignanski's Institute

Section 1.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1 The Ignanski's Institute, hereinafter referred to as "the Institute", is a state cultural institution.

2. The Institute is a legal institution according to the Valruzian law.

3. The seat of the Institute is the Capital City of Nowogard and the area of activity of the Republic of Valruzia. The Institute may also operate outside the Republic of Valruzia. Outside the country, the headquarters of the Ignanski's Institute are embassies and consulates of the Republic of Valruzia.

4. The Institute is organized by the minister responsible for education, culture, and national heritage protection, hereinafter referred to as "the Minister".

5. the Institute is supervised by the Minister.

Section 2.

SCOPE OF THE INSTITUTE'S ACTIVITIES

1. The goal of the Ignanski's Institute is to present the culture of Valruzians abroad and to initiate international cooperation and cultural exchange in accordance with the foreign policy and foreign cultural policy of the Republic of Valruzia.

2. the Institute pursues its objectives through:

a) implementation of projects in the field of culture in particular related to:
a1) promotion of Valruzian culture abroad,
a2) disseminating knowledge about the history of Valruzia and its cultural heritage abroad,
a3) events of major importance for Valruzia and celebrations of important anniversaries,
a4) participation in strategic cultural events of global dimension;
b) active participation in cultural events worldwide, including participation in festivals, fairs, and exhibitions;
c) preparation and implementation, in cooperation with the designated units of the public finance sector, commissioned by the Minister, of Valruzian cultural programs during international cultural events abroad;
d) Representation of Valruzia at key global cultural seminars and conferences;
e) to attract, among other things through study visits, leaders and opinion leaders in order to effectively plan the program content of projects and achieve the expected promotional effect;
f) implementing programs in which natural and legal persons can obtain funding through a competition for the implementation of projects promoting Valruzian culture abroad;
g) funding of foreign scholarships for Valruzian artists and cultural professionals, as well as domestic scholarships for foreign artists and cultural professionals;
h) creating and updating an integrated information system about Valruzian culture, including ensuring the presence of Valruzian culture in the network;

3. The internal structure is determined by a decision of the Minister.
