To more efficiently combat the uncertainities outlined in National Defense and Security Strategy the act is to increases the efficiency of directing the millitary action by the Head of State in case of state of emergency or war and increases national capacity to combat external and internal security threats. Removes ideological provisions of the law guiding the operation of millitary. To mitigate the abuse of increased Millitary and Police capabilities chamber deems illegal any interferance of millitary into civil matters nad vice versa. Gives additional powers to the Police. |
