Article 2: The share of the local private partner and the foreign partner is 49%

Article 3: All national, private and foreign companies work on the law on environmental protection and pollution prevention

Article 4: Private companies and foreign companies are allowed to invest in oil refining and gas liquefaction

Article 5: Any illegal work of foreign companies, or corruption or tax evasion operations, these companies are exposed to prosecution or acquisition
