The Supreme Prosecutors' Office of the Union of Davostan and Kivonia (SPO) is a governmental prosecutor organization and is run under the Ministry of Justice. As a national representative of prosecutors, the Office works with the Supreme Court of the UDK and below. Its organization is composed: • Supreme Prosecutors' Office (Øverste Anklagemyndighed / Högsta Åklagarmyndigheten) -- Federal Prosecutors' Office (Føderale Anklagemyndighed / Federala Åklagarmyndigheten) ---- High Prosecutors' Office (Hovedanklagemyndighed / Huvudåklagarmyndigheten) ------ District Prosecutors' Office (Distrikts Anklagemyndighed / Distrikts Åklagarmyndigheten) The Prosecutor-General is the head of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, and is the highest official within the national prosecution services after the Minister of Justice. The Chief Prosecutors' are two officials who heads their respective federal branches that together composes the Federal Prosecutors' Office. The Head Prosecutor is officials who heads their respective High Prosecutors' Office. And the District-Chief Prosecutor is the officials who heads their respective District Prosecutors' Office. The Supreme Prosecutors' Office is the national prosecution agency, which directs all other prosecutors' offices. There are two Federal Prosecutors' Offices, one in the Federal State of Davostan, and the other in the Federal State of Kivonia, both of whom coordinates with all lower prosecutors' offices. The High Prosecutors' Offices are the main offices in the five provinces around the nation, and closely coordinates with lower and higher prosecutors' offices. The District Prosecutors' Offices are twenty offices based in each district/sub-province around the nation. The Ministry of Justice appoints the Prosecutor-General of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, who then appoints the Chief Prosecutors of the Federal Prosecutors' Offices. The Chief Prosecutors discusses and recommends to the Prosecutor-General suitable candidates for Head Prosecutors of the High Prosecutors' Offices. The High Prosecutors then appoints in their respective province the District-Chief Prosecutors. |
