| ยง The new law concerning the Orders and Honors of the Union of Davostan and Kivonia shall be that the head of state, also known as the Unionite ruler, has the authority to create, suspend, award and revoke awards and decorations of the Unionite nation. These awards are either in the form of medals, commendations or orders. The Unionite ruler will also receive the authority to create, suspend, award and revoke titles of nobility of the Union to its citizens and have the authority to decide whether they are hereditary or not, all of this which is at the Unionite ruler's discretion. The Orders and Honors of the Union of Davostan and Kivonia are: - Most Noble Order of the Golden Wreath of the Vermillion Eagle (Dynastic Chivalry Order of the Unionite ducal house awarded as personal recognition and gift by the Unionite ruler to a person who has rendered special service to the Ducal House of Davostan-Kivonia. The highest rank of the Order will be automatically recognized to all adult members of the Imperial Family and may also be granted as a courtesy decoration for foreign heads of state and government.It is organized in four ranks: Knight, Knight Commander, Knight Grand Officer and Knight Grand Marshal). - Order of the Ideals of the Revolution (Highest order of merit awarded in recognition of eminent services in high military positions, to those who have distinguished themselves in senior positions in the civil service and to those who, as private citizens, have brought distinction upon Davostan-Kivonia as exemplary benefactors of the nation or of mankind or have rendered particularly noteworthy services to the Unionite Crown.). - Order of the Vermillion Banner (Awarded in recognition of merits of a very exceptional nature for society achieved in the field of voluntary and welfare activities, philanthropic activities, scientific and technological research, commercial enterprises, charitable actions and job offers to Unionites). - Order of the Father of the Modern State, August Reinhardt (Awarded for distinguished citizenry conduct of individuals, sense of responsibility and valor, towards the preservation of values of liberty and equality in the face of threats against the nation and people of Davostan-Kivonia). - Order of the Fatherland and of Patriotic Liberty (Awarded to nationals or foreigners who have distinguished themselves for their love and their devotion to the citizens, the state and the ideals of the fatherland). - Order of the Dictatorship of August Reinhardt (Awarded to nationals or foreigners who have distinguished themselves by sacrificing their own freedom and reputation to do controversial actions for the greater and common good of peoples, in order for the preservation and/or promotion of liberty and free-will). - Order of Viktoriana (Awarded for distinguished valor and dedication for the preservation of the supremacy of truth, justice and fairness for the common good of common people against the reins of tyranny and oppression by higher powers and/or the ignorance of the masses). - Order of Reinhardt (Awarded to nationals and foreigners who have distinguished themselves for the preservation and promotion of liberal values of respects of human rights, their freedom of beliefs, and their necessity of solidarity, in the quest for the selfless service to mankind). Apart the Most Noble Order of the Golden Wreath of the Vermillion Eagle, All the other orders are organized in six degrees of increasing distinction: Knight, Officer, Commander, Grand Officer, Knight Grand Officer and Knight Grand Marshal. |
