| The old age pension program, will be financed by a tax on workers, is designed to provide a pension annuity for workers who reached the age of 70. At this very time, the life expectancy for the average Unionite is 80. Unlike accident insurance and health insurance, this program will cover industrial, agrarian, artisans and servants from the start. The federal government should also contribute a portion of the underwriting cost, with the other two portions prorated accordingly. The disability insurance program is intended to be used by those permanently disabled. Unlike the other two programs, this time, the state will supervise the program directly.
