| Fellow Assemblymen, We propose here in this Honorable Hemicycle the drafting of a new constitution to establish the Telamon Confederation. Telamon will stop following the presidential system and the position of the Chancellor of the Confederation as Head of Government will be created. The President will remain the Head of State. The new official name of our country will be: Sambandsríki Tælmörk (Telamon) |
