| "In our nation currently, one person, Willy Kaplan, fulfils two roles, under two different titles. In one, he is the President, and the head of state in our nation, in the other, he is the Lawspeaker, and chairs the Cabinet. This is unfortunate - it gives one man, one party far too much control over what goes on. However, we do not level this accusation at the current holder of the positions, nor at any previous ones. It simply seems wiser for our great Five Nations to seperate these positions and allow a greater freedom in governing Lodamun." |
