| With the horrific but fortunately failed assassination attempt of Anförare Carolus Adrianus, the First Citizen has entered into a coma, medical staff believe that depending on physical and mental strength, the length of the coma could depend, with a worst case chance of him never waking up or even dying. Therefore the State Collegium makes this declaration: Elsa Cederstam will take the role as regent until either the Ruler wakes up or when their son Nicholas reaches the age of 20, on which he will be declared the new Anförare.
