By the passage of this bill, the "Creation of Aldegas" Act of 4310 (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=547064) shall be repealed and all of its provisions superseded by this legislation.

The mandate for the publicly-owned company AldeGas to undertake all operations in the oil and gas industry shall be renewed indefinitely.

The company shall be governed by a board of representatives composed entirely of individuals directly elected by the company's employees.

Any and all profit from the operations of AldeGas will be used by the Aldegarian government for the purposes of national development.
