Details

Submitted by[?]: Sinistra Ecologista

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 4877

Description[?]:

Mr. Ferrari,
We know that for many collegues democracy within the workplace or a real democracy where everybody has the same chances to be elected is something extremely dangerous for our economy. But history taught us that the abolition of slavery was seen the same way. Probably also at that time there were wealthy politician saying that the abolition could be detrimental for the economy, and that the politician's duty is to protect the profit of the rich instead of creating a truly democratic society to live in. But history will prove us to be right again.
Thank you,
Piersandro Haddad

Random fact: Real-life organisations should not be referenced in Particracy, unless they are simple and generic (eg. "National Organisation for Women" is allowed).

Random quote: "Let's not forget that we belong to history, that history that men and women who fought before did, that history that men and women who are fighting now will do." - Tera Pisthis, former Selucian politician
