Under this the Lodamese government will be able to regulate urbanite activity to ensure the following:

1) An ecological industrial activity

2) Laws limiting the amount of space that can be bought or be charged over, to limit profiteering landlords and foreign rich persons from abusing their wealth

3) Pro-squatting laws to ensure that unused houses to be given back to people that actually need them

4) The local mayors will be instructed to install zoning laws to take into account the different levels of growth in each sector of a city

5) Architectural laws to limit destruction of artistic facades and buildings, as well ensure that new homes follow similar traditional accepted styles, as well limit the sky-scrapper numbers
