| Resoluton Given that a year and a half after raising the issue of the continued use of the title "Protector of Kalistan" with the Government of Lourenne has met with official silence from the Government of Lourenne, and Given that this term, while representing a historic claim over the sovereignty of Kalistan is incendiary within this Republic, and Given that the Government of Kalistan has attempted to adopt a patient and conciliatory stance toward the Kingdom thus far in the interests of continued peace and amity between our two counties but that stance has yielded no results to date, Therefore be it resolved that This Resolution, which will take effect immediately upon the acquisition of sufficient number of votes to pass, shall enact the following policies: 1) Immediate Freezing of all financial and investment assets belonging to the Government of the United Kingdom of Lourenne and Alduria, or any investors owing allegiance to the same, to be found in Kalistani Banks, or on Kalistani Soil, and immediate impound of any real assets found anywhere within the National territory or territorial Waters of the Republic of Kalistan, to include all ships, both commercial, civilian and Military. All assets will be held in escrow for an indeterminate time until the outstanding Grievance of the Republic of Kalistan is resolved with the United Kingdom of Lourenne and Alduria, but will not be in any way liquidated or harmed. 2) Re-authorization of the Terms of the Kalistani Authorization of Privateering http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=576772 3) A Review of the Status of Forces Agreement between the Governments of Kalistan and Lourenne, for the purposes of abrogation. In the event of Abrogation, any and all Lourennais offensive military vessels remaining in Kalistan will be de-quarantined and returned immediately to Lourenne and all personal Effects belonging to Lourennais naval personnel, staff and connected families shall be returned immediately to Lourenne. All Government property belonging to Lourenne will remain in quarantine until such time as the Outstanding grievances of the Government of Kalistan are satisfactorily resolved. 4) the preparation of the closure of Kalistani Ports to any and all Lourennais and Aldurian commerce and the closure of the Republic to any and all investment from either nation. 5) The deployment of the Kalistani Regular Navy to the Northern Anantonese Ocean to participate in Quarantine efforts. These terms shall apply to only Lourenne and Alduria, though upon verbal declaration of the President of the Republic, can b expanded to any nation who openly, in word or deed, declares common cause with either nation in an effort to skirt or undermine these sanctions. Additionally, Kalistan will no longer trade with any ship who has docked at and Lourennais or Aldurian Port directly before arriving at Kalistan or is carrying cargo from either nation with the aim of discharging this Cargo in Kalistan for the duration of the life of this Resolution. All terms of this Resolution will cease operation upon successful resolution of the Crisis between the Republic of Kalistan and the United Kingdom of Lourenne and Alduria. All Ministries of the Government of the Republic of Kalistan shall be granted discretionary authority to enforce ONLY the provisions of this Resolution, though the President of the Republic reserves the right to expand the scope of these sanctions at a later date. Nor shall this list be exhaustive of all sanctions that Kalistan shall level in the event of non-resolution of the disagreement. Nor shall this particular resolution be construed as in any way hindering traffic through the international waters of the Ananto Strait.
