| This act of the President of the Majatran Republic of Kafuristan formally establishes the "Militia Decree" with grants state authority, state funding and protection to the Kafuri National Defense Forces. This act outlaws all other militia forces that are not underneath the umbrella of the "Militia Decree" both the President and the Minister of the Interior are allowed to add new militias and paramilitary forces to the Militia Decree.
