| OOC: Due to discussions with moderation, and a lack of understanding of game rules on my end. I will end cabinet lock. Although I feel that the authoritarian Presidential nature of the state makes sense, it clearly could be easily used to prevent any further. A new constitution will be negotiated with the major parties to ensure a fun and stable RP experience. |
