Description[?]:
This is part one of a proposal to overturn the Kizenian Statehood Education and Cultural Reform Act 4895 (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=640051) which sadly created an education system in which shockingly only Kizenian could be used as the language of teaching. These proposals aim to create a truly multicultural state where parents have greater choice in their children's education. We propose the following proposals to implement changes to education. In line with recent constitutional amendments (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=640340) schools will be able to choose their primary language of instruction. No longer shall Kizenia be forced upon everyone as the only official language, all shall be able to learn in their mother tongue. Schools can choose to have either Kizenian, Zyldavian or Kuzakian as their primary language of education. The proposals also allow for the establishment of schools ouside of state control and also call for parents to be allowed to choose home schooling. A seperate proposal will allow the three great Hosian denominations of our wonderful country to run schools so that children can enjoy the benefits. |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
