Bill: RP: The State Security Reform
Details
Submitted by[?]: Konstitutionelle Demokratische Partei
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 4908
Description[?]:
This bill would call for the dissolution of the State Security Service (SSS)(Yes Really), and and large investigation into possible corruption or overreach. Once the investigation is concluded, the SSS will be dissolved, and whatever is deemed salvageable from the corrupt wreck that is the SSS, will be re-organized into a new National Security Agency (Nationale Sicherheitsbehörde/NSB). OOC: Also I was thinking about inditing members of the SSS for the assassination of Fredrick Vorhan, the founder of the Democratic Opposition, it does make sense given that the SSS did declare the assassination a suicide, even though he was shot repeatedly in the torso. |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
