| Upon the passing of this constitution all its articles and provisions will take effect and replace those that came before it ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ "๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐ง๐๐ฆ๐" -The name of the nation shall be Federace Deltarska Socialistickรฝch Republiky (Deltaria) ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ "๐๐๐ ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ" -All Republics within the Federation will gain the right to self govern on the subjects of: Domestic Affairs, Budgetary Affairs, Cultural Affairs, The right to draft their own domestic/regional legislation, the right to manage, fund and operate their own security agencies. -The Federation will consist of: The Socialist Republic of Doron Akigo (Allowed greater autonomy, only bound by the Deltarian currency, military and federal agencies, also has its own constitution) The Socialist Republic of Ushalande (Allowed greater autonomy, only bound by the Deltarian currency, military and federal agencies, also has its own constitution) Federal District of Cahtice (more authority for the federal government such as greater law enforcement rights but still ultimately answerable to the regional government) The Socialist Republic of Alazinder (Allowed greater autonomy, only bound by the Deltarian currency, military and federal agencies, also has its own constitution) The Socialist Republic of Darali (Allowed greater autonomy, only bound by the Deltarian currency, military and federal agencies, also has its own constitution) Federal District of Branovice (more authority for the federal government such as greater law enforcement rights but still ultimately answerable to the regional government) Social Republic of Dissuwa (Allowed greater autonomy, only bound by the Deltarian currency, military and federal agencies, also has its own constitution) -The Supreme Soviet may force a regional government to abide by a Federal Law with a supermajority vote in specific situations. The federal government does also generally expect the administrative entities within it to enforce federal law but are thus not required to do so. Federal Districts are obligated to enforce federal law -The federal government may enforce Federal Law with its own federal security agencies. -The Federal Government will be responsible for Foreign Affairs, Defense, Monetary policy but can also draft domestic legislation to become federal law, administrative entities are not required to enforce federal law, Federal Districts are however bound by Federal Law at all times. ๐๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฏ "๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฃ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ" -The General-Secretary of the Communist Party (Premier) reserves the sole right and duty to propose and lead a cabinet. -The General-Secretary of the Communist Party (Premier) is elected by the politburo for a term of 6 years with a simple majority or for life with unanimous support of the buro -The General-Secretary of the Communist Party (Premier) holds the right to disband the Supreme Soviet (The player controlling the premiership can disband parliament by creating a bill with the title "Disbanding the Supreme Soviet (date)", all players will have to vote yes) -The General-Secretary of the Communist Party (Premier) holds the right to declare a national emergency (The player controlling the presidency can call a national emergency by putting forth a law with the title "National Emergency of *date*", all players are required to vote in favour) -The General-Secretary of the Communist Party (Premier) holds the right to appoint judges to the Federal People's Court with the appointees needing approval from the Politburo -The General-Secretary of the Communist Party (Premier) is both HOS and HOG and fullfills the duty of both offices, vested in the office of Premier -The General-Secretary of the Communist Party (Premier) is the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and leads it during war. He or she also makes important military decisions when required with declarations of war having to be approved by the Politburo ๐๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฐ "๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐" -The Federal People's Court consists of 5 judges at any given time to be appointed by the General-Secretary of the Communist Party (Premier) and approved by the Politburo -The Federal People's Court must uphold the wishes of the politburo and general direction of party policy in all their rulings and abide by the national laws of the land. -The Federal People's Court must be loyal to the party. -Federal People's Court judges serve for life once appointed but can be removed by either a supermajority in parliament or directly by the Premier on his/her request. This is a voluntary RP bill. Its not enforced on players but it is highly recommended players abide by it for the experience. |
